Cyberdeviance in the Western Balkans and ICT-Media-Based Protection

The objective of the present paper research is to explore some basic aspects relationship between cyber-deviant behaviors and role border security cyber structures that exist in cyber-digitalization process. article intersects diagonal deviant cyberculture media police officers screening prevention criminal extreme acts. also provides a reflective view consumerism digitalization brings constant formation adolescents. implementation misguided protection strategies consumer safety from hazardous navigation directly affects growth passive active criminality, qualitative changes attitudes behavior by pointing more towards antisocial deviance crawling at base ranging national regional internet addiction.
